Taylor grew up in Kilgore, Texas, as the son of two educators. Taylor is proud of his dad’s service in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin University in 1995 and his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 1998.
Taylor is licensed to practice law in Texas, Pennsylvania and Michigan. He, his wife, Mari, and their 3 children make their home in the Houston area.
